This programme - totally delivered online - will enable to you avoid this requirement and get your team up and running successfully from day one.  Over a period of three months - with more activity in the crucial first few weeks - you'll follow a ten-step plan of action, supported by webinars and work-place assignments, all expertly facilitated within your own own online team learning space.  Of course, the content will be heavily customised for each group, following an initial review with the new team leader.  As you learn, you'll be able to put your new knowledge and practices into immediate use back on the job.
