The Your Preferences for Teams package provides a powerful set of resources to enable a team to reach peak performance.
Having completed the Your Preferences Test and reviewed the resulting reports and analysis, the team leader and team members will:
- understand their contribution to the team in terms of their personal attitude and working style
- know what steps they need to take by understanding what's present in their current approaches to team working and what is missing
The Individual Team Member Report:
- discusses the person's contribution to the team, their attitude and working style
- reviews their individual motivators and preferred working culture
- highlights what's present in their approach to team working and what is missing
The Team Leader Report:
- discusses how the leader likes to lead
- reviews the methods they use and suggests areas for improvement
The Team Analysis:
- defines the overall "team type", its attitude and character
- highlights the team's strengths and blind spots.
- analyses the overall balance of the team in terms of the spread of individual types represented
- includes an action plan template

Who is it for?
The Your Preferences for Teams package is suitable for teams of any size in any area of an organisation. It is the perfect tool to help existing teams to review their team performance and determine how they can work together better to achieve their individual and shared objectives.
Newly formed teams will also be able to use package to fast-track their way to the so-called "performing stage" of teamworking.
It is designed to be easily facilitated by the team leader.
What do you get?
The Your Preferences for Teams package consists of:
- a set of Individual Team Member Reports
- a Team Leader Report
- a Team Analysis
Each of these elements is produced automatically after the team leader and team members have completed their Your Preferences Test.
What is the cost?
The cost depends on how many members are in each team, excluding the team leader:
Up to 6 people (minimum) -
£150 per team
Each additional team member -
£20 per team member
