The Your Preferences for Change package provides change leaders and managers with a valuable set of resources to enable them to adapt to change quickly and productively, and to better support those around them.

Having completed the Your Preferences Test and three-part report and workbook, individuals will:
- understand their own responses to change
- understand the information and support they need to help them respond positively to the challenges of change
- recognise that one size doens't fit all in terms of approaches to change
- see how they can adapt change programmes to take into account predicatable patterns of human behaviour in response to change
- apply their new understanding of change to their current change projects

The Individual Report will:
- provide a basic introduction to change
- show how you react to change
- highlight what you need to help you through the process of change - from others and from within yourself
- describe how others of different types react to change
- show how you should lead or manage change, flexing your preferences to fit with those of others.
- provide tips on how you can help others through change on a one-to-one basis.
The Workbook will:
- contain exercises for reflection on how you respond to change
- provide worksheets for use when leading and supporting others through change
The Action Plan template will:
- help you to prioritise your next steps
- translate the report and workbook findings into a SMART action plan
