We have deliberately set out to make Your Preferences quick and easy to use.
1. Each person completes the Your Preferences Test, which involves comparing 28 pairs of pictures. For each pair, the person must select the one with which they have most affinity - the one that feels most like them.

2. An instant report is generated, which provides each person with an understanding of their own personal behavioural preference and then shows them how to apply this knowledge in the context of the selected package.
3. Where the package also contains a team leader or trainer report, including any group analysis, this information is also provided automatically once everyone in that team or group has completed their individual Your Preferences Test.
4. In the case of the trainer packages, for each different training group who comes into contact with the trainer, the process of generating a new analysis for that specific group is similarly automatic.
To take part in a different package, simply skip the test and generate a new report.
One final comment. We know that some people will also have taken a Jungian-based assessment in the past. It is possible to use the four-letter code used by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment instead of the Your Preferences code. The Your Preferences system will use this code to generate the appropriate report, using the Your Preferences terminology.
