September/October 2008 - New Individual Type Packages

Three new individual packages will be launched:

• Your Preferences for Training will offer trainers a fast way to identify their own preferred style of training delivery and find out how to flex their own style when faced with diverse audience.
• Your Preferences for Learning will offer course participants a new learning styles analysis assessment, based on the renowned work of Carl Jung and will add a further choice in the learning styles assessment market.

Both these packages can still be combined to offer an analysis for a specific training group - see Your Preferences for Training (Training Room)

• Your Preferences Type World will offer users a fast and very affordable way to identify their general behavioural preferences. Designed as an easily accessible introduction to personal type preferences, this short report will also offer trainers and coaches a valuable trainee resource to  enhance their training and coaching programmes.

It can also be used as part of any organisational behavioural type profiling activity, for instance, alongside the deployment of Your Preferences for Change for team leaders and managers.

Prices: Trainer Report = £20; Type and Learning = £10; extended Type World = £5.

Note that all packages, eg Type and Learning include the Type World report.

Advanced Train the Trainer Workshops

Between September and the end of the year, we will deliver a full-day workshop at selected cities throughout the UK.  This workshop will introduce trainers to the application of behavioural type in both the face-to-face and virtual classrooms.  Not only will participants get to take the Your Preferences test and learn more about their own personal preferences for delivering training, they will work in groups to understand how they should flex their own style when designing and delivering training sessions.  The fee will be £475 per person and include lunch.

October/November 2008 - Your Preferences for Coaching

This Your Preferences type package will enable a coach and their coachee to understand their own and the other's behavioural type preferences and so strengthen their coaching relationship. It will cost £30 per coaching pair, although there will be special pricing for a coach who is coaching a group or team.
